Drop-in field hockey session hosted by members of the Women’s National team, and Field Hockey Canada.

All ages, all abilities, beginners welcome!

Come anytime between 3pm-4pm PST. No registration needed. 

Bring your stick if you have one, running shoes or turf shoes, a friend if you’d like, and come hit a ball around! There will be instruction and coaching available too. We have sticks if you’d like to try and don’t have one!
