Join us (Canadian Women's Heart Health Alliance) on February 13th, 2023 - Wear Red Canada day - for a guided hike through Gibbons Park in London, Ontario! Everyone is welcome, including pets! Be sure to wear red in support of women's heart health.

Let's get active together in RED!

You will receive a virtual certificate for participating!

Please arrive 5 minutes before 10am so we can all begin the hike as a group.

What to bring: Red clothing, water bottle, your pet (optional).

Map of the hike through Gibbons Park (approximately 3km total) near Western University, London, ON. We will meet at UC hill (yellow arrow and red pin) at 10am on February 13th, 2023. We will start and finish at UC Hill.
