Everyone is invited to attend a FREE presentation at the Sarnia Public Library on February 13 to learn more about women and heart health. A trained community advocate will cover what heart disease is, how it is different in women, signs and symptoms, risks for heart disease, and how YOU can take heart health action. Come out to better understand how to prevent women's heart disease and develop a heart-healthy lifestyle. If you are a woman or have a woman in your life, this is an important event for you.
