Movement In-Person Education General Manitoba

The Mega Heart Event is a free event for the whole family which will include different activities, such as science corner, CPR training, kid’s activities, trivia and prizes, Zumba classes, and rotating talks by experts, all related to Women's Heart Health. The event will also include an expert’s panel, where visitors can ask questions about heart health to a cardiologist, scientist, dietician, cardiac rehab specialist, and a patient with lived experience. This event is an excellent opportunity to increase awareness to Women’s Heart Health and an opportunity for people to learn and ask question.
